• Booking Deposit:

  A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date.

• Cancellation or Rescheduling:

  If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 30 days' notice.

• Final Payment:

  The remaining balance is due at least 5 days before the event.

• Service Fee:

  All events include an 18% service fee.

• Credit Card Transactions:

  A 3% fee applies to all credit card payments.

• Decorations:

  Please note that dessert tables, cake stands, backdrops, and balloons are not included in our packages.

• Party Duration:

  We allow a 15-minute grace period after your party ends for cleanup. If more time is needed, a $250 fee will be charged to prepare for the next event.

• Wall Decorations:

  Backdrops cannot be hung on the walls.

• Play Area Rules:

  Everyone entering the play area must remove their shoes and wear non-slip socks. If the play mat gets damaged, a $250 fee will be charged.
