We can create a celebration around absolutely any theme you love. Our brochure is a starting point, not a limit. Choose a brochure theme and its backdrop + a cake stand are included in every package.

Good to know before you book.
How do booking and payment work?
Choose a location, package and date, then add your party details. Your selected time is held for 10 minutes when you add it to the cart. Enter your contact details and continue to payment; no account password is required. More than 5 days before your event, the deposit is 40% of the order total and the balance is due 5 days before the party. At 5 days or fewer, the full order total is due at booking.
Birthday payments are non-refundable. Contact our team to reschedule to an available date and time. Only our team can change your booking.
Can we have more time?
Fun Play Basic includes 2 hours: add 30 minutes for $350.00 or 1 hour for $600.00. Fun Play Adventure includes 2 hours: add 30 minutes for $350.00 or 1 hour for $600.00. Fun Play Ultimate Adventure includes 3 hours: add 30 minutes for $350.00 or 1 hour for $600.00. Fun Play VIP Adventure includes 3 hours: add 30 minutes for $350.00 or 1 hour for $600.00. Extensions depend on availability. The 18% service fee does not apply to additional time.
What is included in the decorations?
Any theme is welcome. When you choose a theme from the existing brochure, its backdrop and a cake stand are included in every package. A different backdrop, extra balloons or individual decorations are Birthday Extras with separate payment; the team agrees custom details and prices with you. Themed plates, napkins and decorations for the children’s table are included in all four packages. For VIP balloon arrangements and party favors, confirm the details with our team.
What should guests know?
Guests must remove shoes and wear non-slip socks in the play area; package cards include socks for guests. Backdrops may not be attached to walls.
Guests have 15 minutes after the scheduled party end to gather their belongings and leave. Staying longer than 15 minutes incurs a $150 late-departure fee. This is separate from prebooked additional party time. The calendar’s separate 60-minute team cleanup block is not extra guest party time.
How do we arrange VIP details?
Our team will send the separate VIP menu after booking and help you agree the food, decorations and party favors for your celebration.
